As an AD, GameSource is my “right hand” in that I have all the information I need in one place. I can access it from my computer or phone easily and within seconds. It has been particularly helpful to have all our game information in one place with linked directions, referee assignments and score reporting. I also appreciate having the ability to look up another organization’s games when trying to schedule with them. This was especially handy during this COVID year when there were more cancellations/reschedules than usual. This saves time and effort both ways. Our organization also fully utilizes the Event Scheduling feature to schedule practices and organizational events. Overall, the program is user friendly and easy for coaches and parents to figure out. I also appreciate the “real time” ability to see what is going on with schedule changes. The immediate info is often helpful. On top of all the great features the software provides, GameSource offers superior customer service. When I have a question I receive a response almost immediately. Sometimes, I find the program even altered to accommodate the issue we were having! But if this is not possible the staff at GameSource always work me through a way to get the information I need. Overall GameSource has improved our organizational efficiency and helped me be a more productive AD.

My absolute favorite feature though, is most likely the GameSource staff. For the few minor issues we ran into, they were so quick to respond. They've been able to accommodate several of our feature requests or show us a way to do it that we hadn't thought of. GameSource is a fast, simple, clean, robust and still user-friendly platform. It worked so well for our pilot schools last year that our entire district is now using it this year.
