As an AD, GameSource is my “right hand” in that I have all the information I need in one place. I can access it from my computer or phone easily and within seconds. It has been particularly helpful to have all our game information in one place with linked directions, referee assignments and score reporting. I also appreciate having the ability to look up another organization’s games when trying to schedule with them. This was especially handy during this COVID year when there were more cancellations/reschedules than usual. This saves time and effort both ways. Our organization also fully utilizes the Event Scheduling feature to schedule practices and organizational events. Overall, the program is user friendly and easy for coaches and parents to figure out. I also appreciate the “real time” ability to see what is going on with schedule changes. The immediate info is often helpful. On top of all the great features the software provides, GameSource offers superior customer service. When I have a question I receive a response almost immediately. Sometimes, I find the program even altered to accommodate the issue we were having! But if this is not possible the staff at GameSource always work me through a way to get the information I need. Overall GameSource has improved our organizational efficiency and helped me be a more productive AD.

As an assistant athletic director and sports scheduler for the last 7 years, our transition to GameSource this year has been a Godsend! In the past I would need to post information, most of which was duplication, into at least five different locations (this didn't even include my own cross-checks of data to make sure nothing fell through the cracks!). GameSource is an "everything in one place" program that has made the process of registering athletes, scheduling games, and communicating with coaches, athletes, and parents a more efficient and practical resource. This became even more important with many last minute changes due to Covid this year. Adding the upgraded member package has additionally saved dozens of hours of work each season during the scheduling process. My favorite feature of the package as a scheduler is the ability to view the opposing team's schedule, allowing the user to choose a game date with little to no back and forth to find a date for the game. As a parent, my favorite feature is the ability to subscribe to the calendar directly into my personal calendar, accessing all game info needed, including a link to the location of the games. I also appreciate that there is an email reminder sent 24 hours before any game or event scheduled, saving coaches and team parents time as well. The developers of GameSource not only put tremendous effort into making the software user friendly but they are very responsive to questions, helpful when issues come up, and open to suggestions to make the software even more efficient and user friendly. After using GameSource this year, I cannot imagine going back to anything else! It is worth every penny our organization spent!
